Answer:Yes, we do ship worldwide to all countries except Italy, for international order please allow for 8 days shipping time to your doorstep. When placing order and payment, please submit your name, address, and phone number . If you don't supply us with this information, we can not guarantee delivery on time.

Answer:All of the shoes are true or exact size according to U.S. Sizes unless otherwise stated.
Question:How long until I receive my shoes?
Answer:Your order will be processed within 2-3 days upon receiving your payment. Shipping charges worldwide are free to major cities. An Additional $10 shipping may be applied to some destinations. Delivery of items may take from 5-10 business days. On average it takes 8-10 business days to get your product. Shipping is done via either USPS or UPS express. We will provide you with tracking number via e-mail once your shoes have been shipped. We highly suggest that you place your order at least 4 weeks before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
Question:What are the acceptable reasons for exchanges and refunds?
Answer:We do not offer refunds. Only store credit. We only offer store credits on shoes that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you. We will exchange the shoes if for reason we've sent the wrong shoe or size. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to us. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit and an exchange. Please email us within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise and must send back within 5 days of receiving shoes to get an exchange on the shoes. Please refer to our Policy Section.
