All of our shoes comes with box, retro card, and brush, towel, keychain with some styles. Some shoes are Factory Variants unless otherwise stated. These shoes are made with high quality authentic grade standards in the South of China. These are the highest quality variant kicks on the market. All of the shoes are brand new in their original packing unless otherwise noted.

You will be sent a confirmation email within 12 hours after we receive your payment. We will provide you with a tracking number as well within 24 hours. Please ask all questions and inquiries before making a purchase. Thank you!

All goods must be paid in full before anything is shipped. We will accept western union and T/T. All funds must clear the bank before anything is shipped.

We do not offer refunds. Only store credit. We only offer store credits on shoes that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you. We will exchange the shoes if for reason we've sent the wrong shoe or size. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to us. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit and/or an exchange. Please email us within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. You must send back the shoes within 5 days to be eligible for an exchange.

All goods are shipped from Fujian China. We use the following carriers: EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx. We do not accept COD. The shipping time is 3-7 days depending on location.
We will provide you with a tracking number that will be sent to your email within 2 days of your payment. Please note, Digshoes.com is in no way responsible for any actions customs takes against your package. (This has never happened as our carriers are very good.) All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package. By purchasing from Digshoes.com, you agree to accept all the points listed above.
